I also like the subsequent scene where Ben Horne turns around suddenly after Audrey leaves his office. I think as long as they threw in hints here and there about Josie's spirit being trapped in the wood (without the Nightmare on Elm Street special effects), I would have been fine with it. But if Lynch really wanted to keep Joan Chen in the cast, I think a twin sister would have worked better (although he'd already used that angle with Laura/Maddy).Miguelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15674950013243401071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9144384546630762930.post-49460885265660868452011-07-14T16:37:50.941-07:002011-07-14T16:37:50.941-07:00Also, check out the last page of the episode 27 sc...Also, check out the last page of the episode 27 script!!Jerry Hornehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11404542651593785733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9144384546630762930.post-74921379153417587842011-07-14T11:29:38.158-07:002011-07-14T11:29:38.158-07:00I wonder if it is also Josie that Ben sees?I wonder if it is also Josie that Ben sees?Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02900042962247586470noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9144384546630762930.post-5214888676454799622011-07-14T07:56:52.485-07:002011-07-14T07:56:52.485-07:00I remember that scene. I loved the mysticism of Twin Peaks, including the Black Lodge and all its mythology, but her spirit appearing in the knob of a drawer was over-the-top IMO. The scene came off looking cheesy and I believe that was the final blow that doomed the show for good by making it too offbeat for a mainstream audience. I am glad they did not show Josie's spirit haunting the halls of the Great Northern again- it would have diluted the impact of what were some great last few episodes.Miguelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15674950013243401071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9144384546630762930.post-66210568755619426262011-07-10T10:06:08.291-07:002011-07-10T10:06:08.291-07:00Josie was there - but not Joan Chen...

And I also hadn't realized there were more Beymer pics than the proof sheets that we've seen.Rosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02900042962247586470noreply@blogger.com
